Hi, I’m Anna Ekblad.

I am a licensed mental health counselor and the owner of Sprouting Seed Psychotherapy. I started Sprouting Seed Psychotherapy with one goal in mind: to be the counselor for you that I would want for myself.

I provide counseling services to christian-identifying individuals who are dealing with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and chronic shame.
